What can I restore myself, and what needs your team?
In Rewind you restore a Jira work item, a Confluence page, folder or space, or a GitHub repository. Azure DevOps restores work items and their comments. Bitbucket and Miro run through Restore On Request, where our team does the recovery for you.
Everything Rewind backs up inside an Azure DevOps project can be exported as JSON. On Bitbucket you export a mirrored clone of the code from the snapshot date you name. Import it, or clone it straight back into Bitbucket.
Rewind hosts your snapshots on AWS, outside Atlassian and outside GitHub. All your organization’s owners and admins can reach them. On Bitbucket, Rewind keeps the hosts your pipelines trust, never their private keys.
On Jira, a work item comes back with its comments, attachments and worklogs. On Confluence, a page restore includes its labels, restrictions and child pages. A space restore covers the pages, folders and blog posts inside it.
